Printing Specifications

• The Valley Times is composed on a Mac using the programs Quark 4.11, Photoshop 5.5 and Illustrator 8.

• If you have a PC, please save your ad as a 300dpi PDF file with art and fonts embedded.

• Black and white camera ready ads should be supplied on a ZIP 100 disk or a CD.

• Please label all materials and they will be returned to you.

• All fonts and art must be included along with a laser proof.

• Electronic art can be sent to valleytimes@comcast.net

• The deadline for ads is the 15th of the month prior to publication.


Billing Terms

• Monthly invoices are due Net 30 days after invoice date. Unpaid balances will be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

• Should an account become 90 days overdue, The Valley Times has the right to discontinue further advertising and make rate adjustments based on the number of months completed on the contract. Advertisers agree to pay court costs, interest, and other charges incurred in an attempt to collect invoices over 90 days past due.
